MASTER PLAN

Thanks to some very hard work by citizens and organizations in our community, including AVCP, we now have a Master Plan for the restoration of Carsonia Park and Crystal Lake. The plan calls for a reorientation of several major features in the park, as well as improvements to parking facilities, the Recreation Building and Crystal Lake.
