 nded.&nbsp\;If you have a wheelbarrow\, we could use one or two.&nbsp\;T
 he Water Authority is requiring everyone to sign a waiver.\n\n\n\nThere 
 will be a "Thanks for Helping" reception at the rec center with food pro
 vided by Klinger's and other local restaurants after the event.&nbsp\;
