Summer Dinner Orders Now Open!
Join us on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Trinity UCC for our annual summer community dinner.

Help raise money for Antietam Valley and promote fellowship between all members of our community. There will be a limited number of walk-in dinners available on a first come first
serve basis.

Crystal Lake Cleanup
Lori Lilly, “The Turtle Lady” is organizing a Crystal Lake clean-up event on Tuesday, July 8 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, with a rain date of Thursday July 10. AVCP is sponsoring the dumpster and will provide gloves for those who need them.
Sturdy, water resistant boots are highly recommended. If you have a wheelbarrow, we could use one or two. The Water Authority is requiring everyone to sign a waiver.
There will be a “Thanks for Helping” reception at the rec center with food provided by Klinger’s and other local restaurants after the event.

AVCP Community Service Scholarship
This scholarship is open to all graduating seniors of Mt. Penn Borough, Lower Alsace Township, Exeter Township, and St. Lawrence Borough who will be continuing their education in the Fall.

In 2011, a group of enthusiastic community members founded the Antietam Valley Community Partnership (AVCP) with the goal of improving the quality of life in the Antietam Valley and surrounding area. Each year we have seen positive changes in the image, spirit, character, and pride within our community. It is our hope that you share this same spirit and goal.
